Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. The club offers exclusive benefits, events, and access to Ducati experiences, making memberships final upon payment.

Refunds for event registrations are considered only if the event is canceled by DOC Pune. For voluntary cancellations, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds or exchanges for club merchandise are accepted only for defective items, provided they are returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of purchase.
